solution to the nagging As Built problem.
Closing out construction projects is
always problematic. Warranties, O&M manuals and of course the As Builts all
have to be submitted before retentions can be released.
We offer a solution for the As Built
part of this procedure. We can provide transfer of the contractor’s ‘Red Lines’
into CAD format and have it available within days of completion of the
project.
It is key that the transfer begin
while the project is underway but far enough into the project that most RFI
issues are resolved. This way, most of the work can be accomplished before the
project is completed.
It is also very important to have
completed original drawings with all Xrefs, shape files, text files etc attached
and bound ready for plotting.
We have three CAD operators actively
working on As Builts. Each is equipped with the knowledge and equipment (lat
tops, scanners etc.) to provide professional services.
We are mobile. We can take our equipment to your site thereby allowing the drawings to remain at the jobsite at all times.
